My First Birdie of the Year

I made my first birdie of the year last night on the 18th hole at my home course (my ninth and final hole of the evening) by curling in a downhill 10-footer. I know, stop the presses--a seven-handicapper makes birdie! But it was important to me so I'm sharing it with you, okay? I've got three full rounds under my belt so far this year and I'm playing like a fifteen so maybe, just maybe, it was what I needed to finally get my game back in the groove.
